ORDERING AND FULFILLMENT

Can I pick up my order in person?

Unfortunately, no. We do not have a physical storefront.

I forgot to apply my discount code, can I be reimbursed for the difference?

Please contact us and we’ll see what we can do.

Gift Wrapping

Sorry, at the moment we do not offer gift wrapping for any of our products.

Refunds and order cancellation

Orders can be cancelled at anytime before dispatch.

We cannot take responsibility for damages incurred in transit, this includes broken records.

We do not accept refunds for digital downloads. 

Missing Items

If there is an item on the delivery note that is not in your parcel then contact us immediately. Please include your Order Number and the Name of the missing item.

Changes to order information

Once we have processed your order and it has been dispached it is not possible for you or us to change any address details.

SHIPPING

Average shipping times are:

  • USA - 3 to 7 days
    Rest of world - 10 to 14 days

All orders are sent within 7 days of order placement.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and specific destination at checkout.

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will be sent an email to confirm that it's on the way.

Although we do our part and send all orders on time, we can from time to time be let down by the postal service so if a parcel is a little on the drag please keep this in mind.

Tracking your order

All domestic orders are sent via USPS. A tracking number for your order will be included in your shipping confirmation email.

We ship all international orders via First Class Airmail so there is no tracking number unfortunately.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items will only be shipped after the official release date. Any orders containing pre-order items won't be shipped until all items are available, so please order items separately to avoid delays.

Please remember shipping dates are at the mercy of distributors, and pressing plants and will change constantly. The expected shipping date will be updated regularly on the product page.
